You are driving on a controlled-access highway. An emergency vehicle with flashing lights has stopped ahead. What must you do?

A Move one lane away if possible; otherwise, slow down.

According to Nebraska's Move Over law, a driver in a vehicle on a multilane controlled-access highway approaching a stopped emergency or road assistance vehicle with flashing lights must proceed with caution and move at least one travel lane away from the stopped vehicle if possible. If moving into another lane is not possible, the driver must slow down and maintain a safe speed past the stopped vehicle. (Note: All states now have their own Move Over laws, but some require drivers to do different things. When traveling out of state, always check the local traffic laws.) I’ve taken my permit test twice and passed twice using this app!! (Had to take it again recently since it experienced and we all know how corona ruined everything..) it’s basically just like quizlet. The real test itself has the same question, but it’s words some questions differently . 10/10 would recommend .
