According to Nebraska's Move Over law, a driver in a vehicle on a multilane controlled-access highway approaching a stopped emergency or road assistance vehicle with flashing lights must proceed with caution and move at least one travel lane away from the stopped vehicle if possible. If moving into another lane is not possible, the driver must slow down and maintain a safe speed past the stopped vehicle.
