Question:

Which of the following statements about Indiana's speed limits is FALSE?

image
A You must never drive any slower than the minimum speed limit.
explanation

You are required to keep up with the flow of traffic but not exceed the maximum speed limit [9-21-5-7]. Although the minimum posted speed limit is enforceable, you may drive slower when forced to do so by another law or a safety issue such as fog, heavy rain, or heavy traffic [9-21-5-8]. Hence, you must drive at a reduced speed when conditions require it, regardless of the posted speed limit. You would be expected to slow down for a winding road, the crest of a steep hill, heavy rain, or fog. [9-21-5-4]. Vehicles that are traveling slower than the flow of traffic should stay in the right lane [9-21-5-9]. [IC 9-21-5, Indiana Code]

In the midst of finishing up learning on the older app, it told me to download this newer version. However, I didn’t want to have to go through all those questions again, so I simply finished reviewing on the old app and took the practice test on this newer app. Upon completion of the tests, it would not let me move forward or see my score! How should I know if I have done well enough to pass if I cannot see my own score?
