Question:

When can you drive in a lane with this sign?

image
A When you have at least one passenger
explanation

High-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes are designed for vehicles with multiple occupants. This sign states that this HOV lane is an HOV 2+ lane, which requires at least two occupants in each vehicle. That is, a driver and at least one passenger. A HOV 3+ lane would require a driver and at least two passengers. [Reserved Lanes, Other Lane Controls, Rules of the Road, New Mexico Driver Manual]

I only got 2 questions wrong

In the midst of finishing up learning on the older app, it told me to download this newer version. However, I didn’t want to have to go through all those questions again, so I simply finished reviewing on the old app and took the practice test on this newer app. Upon completion of the tests, it would not let me move forward or see my score! How should I know if I have done well enough to pass if I cannot see my own score?
