Question:

In a typical passenger car, partial hydroplaning can begin at speeds as low as

A 35 mph.
explanation

Hydroplaning occurs when there is standing water on a roadway. Up to 35 mph, most tires will channel water away like the way a windshield wiper cleans the windshield. As your speed increases, the tires cannot channel the water as well, and your tires may start to lose contact with the road and ride over the water like a set of water skis. In a typical passenger car, partial hydroplaning can begin at speeds as low as 35 mph.

I only got 2 questions wrong

In the midst of finishing up learning on the older app, it told me to download this newer version. However, I didn’t want to have to go through all those questions again, so I simply finished reviewing on the old app and took the practice test on this newer app. Upon completion of the tests, it would not let me move forward or see my score! How should I know if I have done well enough to pass if I cannot see my own score?
