Under Nevada’s Illegal Per Se Law, if chemical tests show a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.08% or above, or any detectable amount of a controlled substance, the driver's driving privileges will be revoked. A BAC of 0.08% or above constitutes legal intoxication.
