Lane use control signals are special overhead signals indicating which lanes of a roadway may be used in different directions at various times. A steady yellow "X" indicates that you must move out of this lane as soon as possible. The signal is about to change to a steady red "X" which will indicate that the lane is closed in your direction. It’s great but I have no idea what 12 J means and it’s the answer to a lot of questions. It doesn’t explain it and I can’t find anything on it on google. Please help. I don’t wanna fail
