You see a school bus stopped with red flashing signals on the opposite side of a divided highway. What must you do?
Any vehicle that approaches a school bus with red flashing signals from behind must stop. However, oncoming vehicles do not need to stop if they are on the opposite side of a divided highway. The highway must be divided by a non-drivable median or barrier. [School Bus Rules, Chapter VI: Traffic Laws and Rules of the Road, State of West Virginia Driver's Licensing Handbook]
