You have stopped behind a school bus with its red flashing signals on and stop arm extended. When may you pass it?

You must stop for a school bus that has stopped for passengers. You cannot proceed until all people are clear of the roadway and the bus is in motion. The only exception is if the school bus has stopped on the opposite side of a highway of at least four lanes. In this case, you do not need to stop for the school bus.
