You arrive at a traffic signal that is out of order; it's completely unlit. What should you do?

A Stop as if you were at a stop sign.
explanation

Under South Dakota law, if the traffic signal that you are facing has failed and is either red or unlit, you must treat it like a stop sign. That is, you must stop before entering the intersection, yield according to the right-of-way rules for stop signs, and then proceed (with extreme caution) when it is safe to do so. If the failed traffic signal is green or yellow, proceed with extreme caution. In the midst of finishing up learning on the older app, it told me to download this newer version. However, I didn’t want to have to go through all those questions again, so I simply finished reviewing on the old app and took the practice test on this newer app. Upon completion of the tests, it would not let me move forward or see my score! How should I know if I have done well enough to pass if I cannot see my own score?
