You are driving on an undivided road. A school bus with flashing red lights is stopped ahead. What must you do?

A Stop, no matter which direction you are traveling in.

In North Dakota, if a school bus has stopped with its red lights flashing, vehicles traveling in either direction must stop. They must remain stopped until either 1) the bus starts moving; 2) the bus driver signals to let vehicles pass; or 3) the red lights are no longer flashing.
