Which of the following statements about North Dakota's speed limits is FALSE?

You must not exceed the legal maximum speed limit, and you must not drive slower than the legal minimum speed limit. Both limits are enforceable. However, speed limits are designed for ideal driving conditions. Slow down below the speed limit when driving conditions are poor or hazardous. A few US states allow you to exceed the speed limit to pass a vehicle under certain conditions, but not North Dakota. [Speed Limits, Rules of the Road, North Dakota Noncommercial Drivers License Manual], [Interstate Driving, Rules of the Road, ibid.], [ND Cen. Code § 39-09-09]

I only got 2 questions wrong

In the midst of finishing up learning on the older app, it told me to download this newer version. However, I didn’t want to have to go through all those questions again, so I simply finished reviewing on the old app and took the practice test on this newer app. Upon completion of the tests, it would not let me move forward or see my score! How should I know if I have done well enough to pass if I cannot see my own score?
