Question:
You must not exceed the legal maximum speed limit, and you must not drive any slower than the legal minimum speed limit. Both limits are enforceable. However, New Hampshire law also requires you to drive at a speed that is "reasonable and prudent" for the current road, traffic, and weather conditions, even if that means driving below the maximum speed limit. Slow down when driving conditions are poor or hazardous. A few US states allow you to exceed the speed limit to pass a vehicle under certain conditions, but not New Hampshire.
