Question:

What is a safe following distance?

image
A B) Four seconds behind the car in front
explanation

You should not follow within four seconds of another vehicle. A four second gap is large enough to provide an acceptable safely margin under normal road conditions. You should increase your following distance around hazardous conditions. [Space Ahead, Cushion of Space, Wisconsin DOT Motorists' Handbook]

After the 4th part you have to pay in order to go past that part, which shouldn’t be right because more then half the people studying are high school kids who don’t have a job and are studying for their Driver’s Ed class.
