Three cars arrive at a T-intersection. In what order can they proceed?

At a T-intersection, cars on the through (main) road (like B and C here) have the right-of-way, so Car A must yield to Cars B and C. Cars turning left must yield to oncoming traffic, so Car C must yield to Car B. Hence, the order of the cars is B, C, A.
