In Ohio, which of the following traffic violations carries six penalty points?

Every Ohio driver who is convicted of a traffic violation is assessed a specific number of penalty points according to the type of violation. If you are convicted of willingly fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer, six points will be added to your driving record. (You will also face a jail sentence of up to 180 days.)
