Question:

If you hold a Special Permit, an Examination Permit, or a Probationary License, which of the following restrictions will apply to your driving?

A All of the above restrictions will apply.
explanation

If you hold a Special Permit, an Examination Permit, or a Probationary License, your driving will be restricted in several ways. You may not drive between 11:01 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. You must display MVC-provided GDL decals on your license plates. You must not use a handheld or hands-free cell phone or any other electronic device. There are also restrictions on which passengers you may carry in your vehicle; these restrictions depend on whether you hold a Special Learner Permit or you hold an Examination Permit or a Probationary License. All these restrictions are waived for persons at least 21 years of age, except that no driver of any age may use a handheld cell phone or other handheld electronic device while driving. In the midst of finishing up learning on the older app, it told me to download this newer version. However, I didn’t want to have to go through all those questions again, so I simply finished reviewing on the old app and took the practice test on this newer app. Upon completion of the tests, it would not let me move forward or see my score! How should I know if I have done well enough to pass if I cannot see my own score?
