Question:

If you are convicted of littering, you may have to pay a fine of up to

A $1,000.
explanation

According to the Digest of Ohio Motor Vehicle Laws, the penalties for littering are up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. (Note: In fact, this is not correct: in Ohio, littering from a moving vehicle is considered a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $150. Littering otherwise is considered a third-degree misdemeanor, punishable by up to 60 days in jail and a fine of up to $500.) Individual municipalities may also apply their own local litter laws – and penalties. [12 - Litter Laws; Digest of Ohio Motor Vehicle Laws], [OH R. C. § 2929.24], [OH R. C. § 2929.28], [OH R. C. § 3767.32], [OH R. C. § 3767.99], [OH R. C. § 4511.82]

In the midst of finishing up learning on the older app, it told me to download this newer version. However, I didn’t want to have to go through all those questions again, so I simply finished reviewing on the old app and took the practice test on this newer app. Upon completion of the tests, it would not let me move forward or see my score! How should I know if I have done well enough to pass if I cannot see my own score?
