Question:

In South Dakota, which occupants of a vehicle must wear seat belts or suitable child restraints?

A The driver, front-seat passengers, and passengers under 18
explanation

South Dakota law requires the driver, front-seat passengers, and passengers under the age of 18 to wear appropriate safety restraints while the vehicle is in motion. Small children should be secured in the rear seat. Still, even rear-seat passengers who are at least 18 years of age should wear seat belts. Seat belts have been proven to save lives and reduce injuries – even in the rear seat.

In the midst of finishing up learning on the older app, it told me to download this newer version. However, I didn’t want to have to go through all those questions again, so I simply finished reviewing on the old app and took the practice test on this newer app. Upon completion of the tests, it would not let me move forward or see my score! How should I know if I have done well enough to pass if I cannot see my own score?
