Your picture won't be included if you utilize the service to obtain a temporary license. Visit the Washington DOL in person if you need a license with a picture. During your visit, a picture ID will be given to you.
For online payments, the Washington DOL accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Before utilizing the online services, make sure your printer is working so that you can print the documents out and keep them on hand.
