Question:

When passing a stopped emergency vehicle, you must

A
explanation

Under Nevada's Move Over law, to pass a stopped emergency vehicle, you must slow down to a speed that is reasonable and proper and less than the posted speed limit. If possible, you must also move into a non-adjacent lane, leaving at least one lane between you and the emergency vehicle. This applies to all types of emergency vehicles including tow trucks. (Note: All US states now have their own Move Over laws, but some require drivers to do different things. When traveling out of state, always check the local traffic laws.)

I like it because if you miss a question it will go over the question and get another question like it.
