Under Wyoming's Move Over law, to pass a stopped emergency vehicle using flashing lights or a siren, you must move into the lane farthest from the emergency vehicle unless otherwise directed by a police officer. However, if you are driving on a two-lane, two-way road (i.e., there are no other lanes in your direction), you must slow to 20 mph below the posted speed limit.
