A
explanation

On wet roads, proceed with caution. Your vehicle's stopping distance will increase, so you should double your usual space cushion to at least four seconds. A road is usually slipperiest during the first half hour of rain. This is because the first rain mixes with dirt, oil, and other slippery fluids. This material will persist until more rain washes it away. When you're driving through water, partial hydroplaning can start at speeds as low as 35 mph. Your tires will lose their grip of the road and start to skim over the surface of the water. If you hydroplane, don't try to brake or accelerate. Let your car slow itself down. Don't use cruise control on wet, icy, or snowy roads. If your vehicle loses traction on a slippery surface, the cruise control may spin the drive wheels as it tries to maintain a constant speed. This can worsen or even cause a skid. [Rain, Weather Conditions, Special Driving Conditions, Wyoming Rules of the Road]

I only got 2 questions wrong

In the midst of finishing up learning on the older app, it told me to download this newer version. However, I didn’t want to have to go through all those questions again, so I simply finished reviewing on the old app and took the practice test on this newer app. Upon completion of the tests, it would not let me move forward or see my score! How should I know if I have done well enough to pass if I cannot see my own score?
