explanation

A first DWUI offense is considered a misdemeanor. Conviction may result in a fine of up to $750 or jail for up to six months or both. If your blood alcohol concentration (BAC) at the time of the offense was 0.15% or above, you will also be required to install an ignition interlock device (IID) on each vehicle you operate. After the 4th part you have to pay in order to go past that part, which shouldn’t be right because more then half the people studying are high school kids who don’t have a job and are studying for their Driver’s Ed class.
