Question:
If an adult driver is convicted of DUI, he or she will be sentenced to jail for a second offense. The sentence will be between ten days and one year if the driver's blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was less than 0.15% at the time of the offense, or between six months and one year if the driver's BAC was at least 0.15%. It’s great but I have no idea what 12 J means and it’s the answer to a lot of questions. It doesn’t explain it and I can’t find anything on it on google. Please help. I don’t wanna fail
