After your first DWI conviction, you will be eligible for a work permit

For your first DWI conviction, no work permit will be issued until a 15-day revocation period has passed and you have met all reinstatement requirements. However, you will not be eligible for a work permit if your blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was 0.16% or above.
