Question:
Blind pedestrians may carry a white cane or be led by a guide dog. You must yield to blind pedestrians and you should use extreme caution around them. If they start to cross, stop and wait until they are out of danger. Sounding your horn may only startle the pedestrian or the guide dog. [1. After the 4th part you have to pay in order to go past that part, which shouldn’t be right because more then half the people studying are high school kids who don’t have a job and are studying for their Driver’s Ed class.
