A pedestrian using a guide dog or carrying a white cane is blind, visually impaired, or hearing impaired. You must not use your horn because it could confuse or frighten the pedestrian or the guide dog. You must stop and yield the right-of-way to the pedestrian. [R. I. G. L. 31-18-14]
